Main programmes

• IDTRs and RSKCs (8 IDTRs, 19 RSKCs with six state governments): about 3.75 lakh drivers trained in the year; first-responder training continued
• Integrated Traffic Management System: deployment started at junctions in Gurugram, after the Delhi system
• Automotive Skill Enhancement Centres in 31 ITIs: about 1,700 students trained; high-voltage (hybrid/EV) training equipment given to 130 ITIs
• Japan India Institute for Manufacturing (JIMs): long-term courses plus new short-term RPL and recruit-train-deploy programmes
• Apprenticeship programme for ITI graduates: over 2,500 youth trained at company plants
• Community development: Zydus multi-specialty hospital and Podar Learn School at Sitapur, Gujarat; village development; anaemia, menstrual hygiene, STEM labs, school libraries
• Popularisation of Fermented Organic Manure from biogas plants (research, field demonstrations, farmer outreach)

Trees and greening
