Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we regret that cancellations cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

When you gift a tree we ask you for the recipient’s name and a WhatsApp number in international format, and you may add a message of up to 500 characters. We use these to deliver your gift to the recipient and, afterwards, to send them updates about their tree.

Our field team uploads notes and photographs as your tree reaches each milestone. Those photographs are stored on Google Cloud Storage (photographs uploaded before 8 September 2026 remain on Amazon S3) and shown on the tree’s tracking page.

Urban Reforestation

For Indian customers, a standard shipping charge of ₹79 applies to all product orders. If multiple items are ordered to a single address, the system calculates total weight and applies one delivery fee. However, if different products are ordered for delivery to different locations, delivery charges are applied separately as per each shipping address.

Products will be delivered to all serviceable urban areas in India through leading courier agencies. For remote or rural areas, delivery may be routed through local couriers or India Speed Post and could take additional time. Please note that certain products may be subject to area-specific delivery restrictions.

For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through registered Indian courier companies and/or Speed Post services only. We currently do not ship products outside of India.

Domestic Shipping

 GEYE INNOVATION FOUNDATION is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen events. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company within the promised time frame. All deliveries will be made to the registered address provided at checkout. We are not liable for any damage to the products while in transit.

Delivery & Liability

We are proud to use secure payment gateways such as Razorpay for fast, reliable, and safe transactions. All major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options are accepted. Your financial details are never shared with us and remain encrypted at all times.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Processing and delivery are subject to the policies and timelines of our courier partners.

When you gift or adopt a tree, you are making a donation to a non-profit. Your contribution funds the planting and ongoing care of a tree on land held by GreenEye. You are not acquiring a digital item, and no tree, land, timber or other property is transferred to you.

Tree Gifts and Adoptions Are Donations

When you enter a recipient’s name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, you confirm that you are entitled to share those details with us so that we can deliver the gift and send updates about the tree. How we handle a recipient’s details is set out in the Gift Recipients and WhatsApp section of our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities When Giving a Tree to Someone

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the website, the API and the mobile application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

All content on this website and in the mobile application, including text, images, logos and the GREENEYE® mark, belongs to GreenEye unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

We commit to planting the trees your contributions fund, caring for them, and reporting on them honestly — including when a tree does not survive. Trees are living organisms affected by weather, disease, animals and human interference, so we cannot guarantee that any individual tree will survive. Where a tree fails early we will replace it wherever that is practicable, and the tracking record will show what happened.
