Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we regret that cancellations cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation or refund. These include: perishable goods (such as plants), customized or personalized products, digital services, and items marked as 'Final Sale'.
