Main programmes

• Kaabil (women employability and skilling): Group trained 4,62,704 women in FY26; Mahindra Pride Classroom reached 3,29,423 women (Group), farm skilling 9,151 women farmers (PRERNA)
• Jal Samriddhi water conservation: 853 water harvesting structures, 6,010 lakh litres potential, 3,793 ha irrigation potential; over 150 villages in 8 states incl. NABARD project in Igatpuri
• Mahindra CSR Hospital Project (Maternity and Newborn Care): 16 hospitals in 12 cities across 9 States/UTs; equipment and infrastructure support; Rs 9.58 cr allocated to Unspent CSR Account as ongoing project
• Regenerative agriculture for women farmers: 97,541 women supported by the Company in Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan

Trees and greening
