#TreeSelfie campaign
An online campaign that asked people across India to post a selfie with a tree. GreenEye's founders started it on 15 October 2014, years before the foundation was registered.
What we did
Participants photographed themselves with a tree and shared the picture on Facebook with #TreeSelfie. The founders ran the campaign as volunteers under the Green Eye Foundation for Environmental Protection banner, before GreenEye was registered as a foundation in 2019.
