• Third-party impact assessments of 10 earlier projects (Majuli flood resilience, Navi Mumbai Miyawaki, Nagaland solar cold storage, others)

Trees and greening

• ~15 lakh saplings planted and ~3,000 hectares restored in FY26 (urban green patches, rural agroforestry, soil and water conservation, buffer zones of national parks/sanctuaries)
• Cumulative 4.16 million trees planted across 9 geographies (integrated report highlights)
• Impact assessment of Miyawaki project, Navi Mumbai (FY2021-24): 25,000 saplings, 3 municipal gardens, Rs 1.5 crore outlay, ~77.8% survival
